Refund Policy:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Firearms and ammunition cannot be returned!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Range reservations are non-refundable and can be used as a credit for another date and time if you do not use the reserved time. Please call the store to advise of a cancellation, and we will note it on your account for a credit.
If you have to cancel a class, you can reschedule it for another date at no additional charge. Or you can be refunded your class fee less a $20 non refundable deposit, which is part of the class registration fee.
Memberships can be cancelled at anytime, we do not prorate refunds for monthly payment options on memberships. Cancellation of a monthly membership before the first 12 months will result in a $100 cancellation fee.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
